We aim to dispatch in-stock orders promptly and package products securely.
1. Dispatch times
Orders for in-stock items are usually dispatched within [1–2 business days] of payment being received and cleared.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will usually be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery methods
We use trusted delivery partners to ship orders within the UK and, where available, to selected international destinations.
Delivery options and estimated times will be shown at checkout where applicable.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless a free shipping offer or fixed delivery promotion applies.
4. Estimated delivery times
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
Typical UK delivery estimates:
- Standard delivery: 3-5 working days
- Express delivery: 1-2 working days
5. Pre-orders
If you place a pre-order, the estimated release date or shipping window will be shown on the relevant product page where possible.
Pre-order dates are estimates and may change due to supplier, distributor, or manufacturer updates.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we may:
- hold the order until all items are available, or
- send items separately at our discretion
Please check the product description for any product-specific pre-order terms.
6. Address accuracy
It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details supplied at checkout.
7. Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels
If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us at aapcollectables@outlook.com as soon as possible so we can investigate.
8. International orders
Where international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other local charges unless stated otherwise.
